A very fine, brightly coloured & lightly potted Enoch Wood bust of Minerva c.1790-1800. Well modelled looking to her right, wearing a plumed helmet, green scale- pattern cuirass and brown drape, on a simulated marble waisted plinth. The rear of base with impressed "MINERVA" several times and also written in script.
Condition: Break to the neck. Chips to the helmet and plume and some flaking
