A fine and large English porcelain 'Loving Cup' c.1849. The front very finely decorated in coloured enamels with the scene of a Beagle and a dead Hare in a landscape setting. The name of the Beagle is titled in gold capital letters with 'DRUMMER’ to the base. Each side finely decorated with gilt seaweed. The reverse of the mug decorated with a wreath of Barley and Hops with a monogram JC in gold in the centre and the date 1849.

Condition: Excellent condition with just some minor wear around the rim and to the handles.
