A porcelain jug by Samuel Alcock c.1830. Of squat form with typical wavy rim, very finely decorated with a colourful bird amongst large roses. Unmarked.
Condition: Hairline crack around the waist of the reverse of the jug. Small chip to the front rim of the jug.
