A fine Chamberlain Worcester vase and cover c.1830-1840. Described in the Chamberlain factory pattern books as a 'Hexagonal Jar'. The handles are modelled as gilded, stylised dolphins, both vase and lid with reserves of various sizes containing flowers within gilt flowing borders, both front and back painted with similar large panels of brightly coloured exotic birds in the manner George Davis.  Unmarked.

Condition: Small break to the edge of the lid and knop have been glued back into position.
