A small and rare Flight & Barr Worcester Porcelain Bachelors Teapot from a dejeuner set c.1795. The oval shape teapot and lid decorated with blue scale ground and painted with gilt bordered shaped cartouches of exotic birds, butterflies, insects and flowers and gilding.

Incised 'B' marks to the inside of the lid and base of the teapot. 

A similar teapot from a 'dejeuner' set is illustrated on page 160 of John Sandon's Dictionary of Worcester Porcelain 

Condition: The teapot is excellent with no surface abrasions, it has an impurity from manufacture in the form of missing glaze to the body to the right of the spout, some light wear to the gilt around the end of the spout, no detected restoration, no detected chips, and no detected hairlines;
